Q: How do I order/find parts?
A: There are many ways to shop on MyPartsGarage for auto parts, the quickest and most efficient way would be to use our vehicle lookup by Year, Make, Model, Engine, and category selection. If you have the part number, you may enter it into the search box provided on top of every page. We also have customer service representatives available to catalog and take your order by phone at (800) 320-3042.
Q: How do I return parts?
A: Please contact us at (800) 320-3042 and a customer service representative will provide you a RMA#, this number must be marked on the paperwork with your returned items. If you have an existing account, you can login and request a return. All items are subject to inspection and restocking fees.
Q: When will my item('s) ship?
A: Most items ship same day, but there are times that orders can take up to 24hrs to process due to fraudulent security checks. We don't ship on weekends, and we offer expedited shipping for those who wish to have their items sooner.
Q: What if I received the wrong item?
A: Although rare, sometimes customers may receive the wrong items. Please contact us at (800) 320-3042 and let us know of the issue and we will determine the correct action to take.
Q: Can I install the replacement part /'s myself?
A: You can choose to, but it is recommended that all parts be installed by a certified mechanic.
Q: Do all items have free shipping?
A: All items are available for free standard (ground) shipping, we offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Please make sure to choose the correct shipping type at checkout. Standard ground shipping usually takes 2-5 days depending on location.
Q: Are all parts stocked at your location?
A: We stock parts at over 17 warehouse distributors across the U.S. This helps us ship your items quicker and more efficiently.
Q: What if the item I need has a core value?
A: Some manufacturers offer remanufactured items that require customers to return their old part for rebuilding and remanufacturing. These cores are charged to the customer at the time of checkout and are 100% refundable at the time of return.
Q: Is there a warranty on your parts?
A: All items have a 24 months/24,000 mile warranty, whichever comes first.
